A minor disappointment was the unavailability of warm croissants, which used to be a staple. the setting is charming and offers easy access to local trails.

Had a wonderful evening enjoying a lovely meal while a pianist played beautifully for us. We found the garden area perfect for a quiet cup of tea or just lounging in the sun. If I had to nitpick, the room could've had a little more space between the beds, but honestly, I slept like a baby! 😊

Absolutely loved the cozy vibe! The classic Devon afternoon tea was to die for with scones, jam, and cakes that made my day. I also enjoyed the cool walk to Wistman's Wood nearby. Just wish the bathroom didn't have plastic cups everywhere. it's a bit off for such a lovely place. Still, I had a blast!
